Automotive Service Advisor Veracity Automotive LLC (dba Integrity 1st Car Pros - Wylie, TX) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends $45,000-$55,000 Base Salary + Weekly Performance Bonus About the Role Integrity 1st Car Pros is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to take great care of customers while helping a busy repair shop grow. This is not just a position for someone who can answer phones and write repair orders. We are looking for an advisor who can build relationships, confidently explain vehicle needs, present repair and maintenance recommendations, follow up with customers, and help create an exceptional customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery. Compensation Base Salary:

$45,000-$55,000 , based on experience and qualifications. PLUS Weekly Gross Profit Share There is significant earning potential as shop performance grows. The bonus is designed around overall shop performance , encouraging advisors and technicians to work together rather than compete against each other. Responsibilities Provide a friendly, professional customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery. Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests. Create and manage repair orders and estimates. Review Digital Vehicle Inspections and clearly explain technician findings to customers. Present recommended repairs and maintenance confidently and professionally. Help customers prioritize repairs based on safety, reliability, maintenance needs, and budget. Obtain customer authorization and accurately document approvals and declined services. Maintain consistent communication and provide timely vehicle-status updates. Follow up with customers on previously declined or deferred services. Coordinate with technicians and management to maintain efficient shop workflow. Help manage scheduling and promised completion times. Ensure parts and labor information is accurate before presenting estimates. Review completed repair orders before vehicle delivery. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records. Help resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Follow company processes, pricing policies, discount guidelines, and SOPs. Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business. What We're Looking For Previous automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience strongly preferred . Working knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair. Ability to explain technical information in simple, customer-friendly language. Strong sales and customer-service skills without using high-pressure tactics. Comfortable presenting repair recommendations and asking customers for authorization. Excellent phone, text, and in-person communication skills. Strong organization and ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced repair-shop environment. Dependable, punctual, accountable, and team-oriented. Comfortable using shop-management software and digital inspection systems. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred:

Experience with Tekmetric or similar shop-management software, ASE Service Consultant certification, and experience working in a high-performing independent repair shop.
