JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring at our Layton & Riverdale locations. Lot Technicians prepare vehicles for the dealership showroom, lot, sale and delivery by washing & detailing the interior & exterior cosmetics.
Vehicle preparation may include:
Washing Vacuuming Buffs Waxes Shampooing Restoring interior Restoring exterior Applying fabric protection Cleaning engine compartments Charging vehicle batteries Replace or adjust minor parts or accessories Replenishing fuel in vehicles
Requirements:
Positive attitude Punctual Excellent attendance Great communication skills Excellent time management Proactive worker Fitted for a fast pace team environment Works well under stress & deadlines
Responsibilities:
Washing & Cleaning Vehicles Inspect Vehicles Ensure work areas are clean Maintain safety standards Attend staff meetings & training Assist the retail & fleet departments in preparing vehicles
Qualifications:
Able to drive automatic and standard transmission vehicles. High School diploma or GED preferred Clean driving record Professional appearance Able to independently stay on task Safety & customer service oriented Able to lift heavy objects No experience is necessary, we will train the right person. However, experience in detailing & general automotive knowledge is preferred. Working at the
