Technicians work in a spacious, family-owned shop with steady workflow, 14 hoists, 10 additional open bays, and quality equipment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns Perform bumper-to-bumper automotive repairs Complete diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work independently Troubleshoot automotive electrical systems and drivability concerns Maintain quality while consistently producing approximately 40 billable hours per week Work with the service team to keep repairs moving efficiently Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of professional shop experience as an Automotive Technician A-Level automotive diagnostic and repair skills Experience completing bumper-to-bumper repairs independently Strong automotive diagnostics, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills Ability to consistently produce approximately 40 billable hours per week Dealership or independent repair shop experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $72,000-$100,000+ annual earning potential Flexible pay structure Paid Time Off after 90 days
