Service Manager - HD Truck & Trailer Repair Logan, Utah | Full-Time | Heavy-Duty Repair Industry About Us T&T Repair is a fast-growing truck and trailer repair company serving fleets across Northern Utah.
Our mission is simple:
keep trucks on the road with speed, quality, and professionalism. With core values like "Speed is King" and "Greatness by Doing the Basics," we're looking for a Service Manager who can lead our shop and help us grow to the next level. Position Overview The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day shop operations, managing technicians, coordinating repairs, and ensuring customers get back on the road quickly. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of diesel technicians and service staff Schedule and assign jobs through our shop management system Ensure repairs are completed on time and meet quality standards Maintain clear and professional communication with customers Track shop performance metrics (efficiency, productivity, customer satisfaction) Collaborate with the parts department to keep jobs moving without delays Drive continuous improvement in shop processes and customer service Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Manager, Shop Foreman, or similar leadership role in heavy-duty repair Strong understanding of diesel engines, brakes, electrical, and trailer systems Proven leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions Computer and software proficiency (Fullbay experience a plus) High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred) What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance incentives tied to shop efficiency and profitability Opportunities for career growth as T&T expands into new markets Benefits package including PTO A team culture built on grit, speed, and professionalism
