Job Description
Automotive Technician (A or B Level) An established, family-run auto repair shop is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who can confidently produce 40 billable hours a week while enjoying the space and tools needed to do the job right. With the potential to earn $70,000 to $100,000+ annually, this is a chance to step into a high-capacity shop that values quality work, steady hours, and technician success. - 100,000+ per year (Flexible Pay-Structure) Paid Time off (PTO) and Simple IRA after 90 days Steady car count (50-75 cars weekly) with room to grow Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM
- 5:30 PM
- no weekends A spacious facility with 14 hoists and 10 open bays
The Shop Setup:
Fully equipped with SnapOn and Matco tools Uses Tekmetric shop management software Large, organized space with room to handle multiple vehicles at once We we're looking for: An ALevel Technician:
strong in diagnostics, able to work bumper-to-bumper with minimal supervision Or a B
Level Technician:
reliable, independent on most jobs, and eager to sharpen diagnostic skills on big repairs Someone with real-world shop experience (dealership or independent background welcome) A professional who thrives in a drug-free, drama-free workplace What you'll do: Handle bumper to bumper repairs and maintenance Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of vehicle issues Keep cars moving efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Work collaboratively with a team that values responsiveness, honesty, and customer care Why this opportunity stands out: This shop has more space than most competitors-14 hoists and another 10 open bays- meaning you'll never feel cramped while turning wrenches.
