• 1 year experience in Automotive Industry highly encouraged We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Counter Associate/Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with their paint needs, managing inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer service in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for customer service, and the ability to manage inventory effectively. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right paint products for their projects. Assist with delivery operations when needed, including safely operating company van for transportation and distribution of product to customers in the St. George area. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored recommendations. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and organizing product displays. Assist in negotiating prices and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize math skills to calculate quantities and measurements for paint orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all products are properly labeled and displayed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. Stay informed about market trends and new products to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients. Valid Driver's License with no violations Excellent communication abilities; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Experience in retail sales or inventory management is preferred. Basic math skills for calculations related to paint quantities and measurements. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing inventory effectively.
