Competitive compensation based on experience and performance Monday-Friday schedule - enjoy your weekends Consistent workflow in a growing dealership Modern facility and equipment Training opportunities Supportive team environment Career advancement opportunities within a fast-growing dealer group Responsibilities Perform oil changes, maintenance services, tire services, and vehicle inspections Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems including: Engine, Transmission, Electrical, Steering and suspension, Brake systems, Air conditioning Service multiple makes and models efficiently and accurately Perform test drives and utilize diagnostic equipment to identify concerns Communicate vehicle status and repair recommendations with Service Advisors Provide accurate labor time estimates for additional repairs Complete repair orders and documentation thoroughly and accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications Experience in Automotive repair required Strong diagnostic and repair skills IM Certification required ASE Certifications preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship Professional and customer-focused attitude Tools Technicians must provide their own basic tools. Specialty tools and equipment are provided by the dealership.
