In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and tuning a wide variety of bicycles—including road, gravel, mountain, and e-bikes. You will work closely with our service lead and front-of-house team to maintain quick turnaround times, uphold high mechanical standards, and accurately document repairs in our shop management system.

Key Responsibilities Mechanical Service & Diagnostics:

Perform full-spectrum mechanical repairs, including safety inspections, complete tune-ups, drivetrain adjustments, wheel truing, hydraulic disc brake bleeds, and component installations.

Specialized Service:

Diagnose and service modern drivetrain systems (electronic and mechanical), tubeless tire setups, and perform basic-to-advanced suspension maintenance and bearing replacements (headsets, bottom brackets, suspension pivots).

Work Order Management:

Accurately document intake assessments, services completed, parts utilized, and technician notes using our Lightspeed POS system.

Quality Assurance:

Test-ride and safety-inspect all completed repairs to ensure zero rework and complete customer safety before bikes are released.

Shop Maintenance & Safety:

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service bench; properly handle shop tooling, hazardous materials, and battery safety procedures.

Customer Communication:

Occasionally assist customers at intake or pickup, clearly explaining repair recommendations, work performed, and parts costs.
