Know Tires? We Want to Talk. Next Level Tire Pros is a locally owned and operated tire and automotive service shop looking for an experienced Tire & Lube Technician to join our team. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of professional tire experience who can step in, stay productive, and take pride in doing the job right. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with a locally owned company where you're part of the team, not just another employee number. We're looking for a minimum of 5 years of tire experience. Schedule Monday through Friday No regularly scheduled weekends. What You'll Be Doing Mounting and balancing tires Tire rotations Flat repairs and tire repair Tire inspections and wear diagnosis TPMS service Oil changes and preventative maintenance Basic vehicle inspections Identifying tire wear patterns and potential vehicle issues Safely operating tire and shop equipment Maintaining a clean and organized work area Assisting with other automotive services as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who already understands tire service and doesn't need to be taught the fundamentals.
You should be able to:
Confidently mount and balance passenger and light-truck tires Properly identify repairable vs. non-repairable tire damage Recognize abnormal tire wear Work efficiently without sacrificing quality Safely lift vehicles and operate tire equipment Take care of customer vehicles, wheels, and equipment Manage your workload without constant supervision Communicate when something doesn't look right instead of guessing Work well as part of a team Experience Required Minimum 5 years of professional tire service experience. We're looking for hands-on experience in a tire or automotive shop, including mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and tire inspections. Additional automotive or lube experience is a plus. You must be able to:
Lift and move tires and wheels throughout the workday Work on your feet for extended periods Bend, kneel, squat, and work around vehicles Safely operate lifts, tire machines, balancers, and other shop equipment Requirements 5+ years of professional tire experience required Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to safely operate standard tire shop equipment Lube and basic automotive service experience preferred Employment Requirements Must pass a background check Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Random drug testing is part of our safety program Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time, Monday through Friday Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) Retirement plan Paid Time Off Growth Opportunity If you already know tires and want to expand your automotive skills, there's room to grow. Pay:
