We are seeking a dependable, skilled Airstream Trailer Technician to inspect, diagnose, service, and repair Airstream travel trailers. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical ability, troubleshooting skills, and pride in quality workmanship. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair 12V DC and 120V AC electrical systems Service batteries, converters, inverters, solar and charging systems Repair plumbing, water heaters, pumps, tanks, and fixtures Diagnose and repair propane systems, furnaces, A/C systems, and RV appliances Service brakes, wheel bearings, axles, suspension, tires, and running gear Diagnose water leaks and perform sealing/weatherproofing repairs Repair awnings, doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, hardware, and interior components Perform Airstream aluminum/exterior repairs based on experience Complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections Document repairs and perform final quality-control inspections Qualifications Airstream or RV repair experience preferred, but related automotive, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or trailer experience will be considered Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Electrical troubleshooting and multimeter experience preferred Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals Dependable, organized, and committed to quality workmanship Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. and work inside, underneath, and on top of trailers as required Valid driver's license where required Travel trailer maintenance preferred but not required Experience Levels We are interested in candidates ranging from Trainee through Master Technician. Pay and position levels are based on experience, certifications, demonstrated skills, and ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs.
