If you're a skilled technician with dealership experience, leadership ability, and a passion for problem-solving—we want you on our team. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair complex issues related to brake, exhaust, fuel, ignition, and electrical systems Perform suspension work and wheel alignments Clearly explain technical issues and needed repairs to Service Advisors and customers Review repairs and test drive vehicles with customers when necessary Stay current on technical training and emerging vehicle technology Collaborate with and support fellow technicians in the service department Mentor and coach junior techs to build a strong, efficient team Maintain a clean and organized service bay Qualifications Ford Certified Master Technician Minimum 5+ years of dealership technician experience Strong diagnostic, leadership, and communication skills 5 ASE certifications preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screening High school diploma or GED preferred Basic computer skills required Schedule Full-time Five-day work week
Compensation Flat Rate:
