Job Summary We want personality over skill. Greg's Automotive is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. We are hiring on personality and customer care ability. We're a busy, customer-focused shop that values professionalism, reliability, and strong communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and being part of a close-knit team. This is a commission-based position with typical earnings ranging from $70,000-$90,000 per year , with flexibility for alternative pay plans based on experience and performance.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday. Shop hours are 8 AM-5:30 PM, with a required start time of 7:45 AM to prepare for the day.
