Responsibilities Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems, and more. Conduct detailed inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards using your inspection license. Utilize schematics, diagnostic tools, and power tools to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems efficiently. Repair or replace components such as shocks & struts, tires, air brakes, diesel engines, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Execute oil changes, wheel alignments, wheel balancing, and tire services with precision. Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to diagnose complex mechanical systems accurately. Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and procedures. Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background in automotive repair industry. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and heavy equipment mechanics. Skilled in diagnostics for both gasoline and diesel engines; familiar with diesel engine repair techniques. Expertise in automotive suspension system repair, wheel alignment, shocks & struts replacement. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive diagnostic software. Ability to read schematics accurately and apply mechanical knowledge effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism.
