You'll handle general service work, assist our Master Technicians, and gradually take on more complex repairs as your knowledge and confidence grow.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Performing routine maintenance and general automotive services Tire services, rotations, repairs, and related concerns Oil changes and preventative maintenance Brake services and basic repairs Replacing bulbs, batteries, and other basic components Assisting Master Technicians with larger repairs Performing basic vehicle inspections and identifying potential concerns Learning proper diagnostic techniques and repair procedures What You Bring We're looking for someone who is reliable, coachable, and genuinely interested in becoming a better technician. Requirements At least 1 year of automotive service or repair experience Valid driver's license required Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance Comfortable using common automotive hand tools Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work efficiently in a busy shop environment Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to obtain Virginia State Safety and Emissions Inspector certifications Your Experience Could Include We're open to technicians coming from a variety of automotive backgrounds, including: General Service Technician Entry-Level Automotive Technician Lube Technician Tire Technician Quick Lube Technician Express Service Technician Automotive Apprentice Automotive Shop Assistant Automotive Maintenance Technician Experience with oil changes, tires, brakes, basic maintenance, customer service, or general mechanical work is a plus.
