Responsibilities Conduct routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs with precision and efficiency Perform basic repairs including brake inspections, alignments, tire service, and mechanical adjustments using hand tools and power tools Diagnose common automotive issues utilizing automotive diagnostics equipment to identify necessary repairs quickly Assist with vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and recommend additional services when appropriate Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle's condition, repair needs, and service recommendations Support the team with heavy lifting and physical tasks required for vehicle servicing and maintenance Experience Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repairs Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of mechanical systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment Knowledge of automotive service standards including oil changes, alignments, tire service, and general maintenance tasks Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy workshop environment Sales experience is a plus, as it helps in understanding customer needs and promoting additional services Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care!
