What You'll Do:

Greet customers and assess their service needs Communicate clearly with technicians and customers about recommended services Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates Coordinate service schedules and follow up on vehicle status Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process Maintain detailed records and manage billing

What We're Looking For:

Basic automotive knowledge is required Strong communication and organizational skills Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and clean driving record Schedule /

Compensation Pay:

$16-$25/hr + commission growth

Schedule:

42.5 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 7 AM-6 PM (floating)
