Overview We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in providing high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in automotive diagnostics, repairs, and servicing. Candidates must have their own tools and a valid driver's license to be considered for this position. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic assessments to identify vehicle issues accurately and efficiently Conduct repairs and maintenance on various makes and models, including engine, transmission, brake systems, and electrical components Use specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair needs and timelines Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times Skills Proven experience as an Automotive Technician with a strong understanding of vehicle systems Must possess own set of automotive tools suitable for a variety of repair tasks Valid driver's license is required for mobility and test-driving vehicles after repairs Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers This position offers a full-time schedule with compensation based on a flat rate per flag hour, depending on experience.
