Learn the Trade. Become a Technician. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Quick Lube Technician to join our Service Department. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to get into the automotive industry and build a long-term career as a technician. Experience is helpful, but we're primarily looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform oil and filter changes Tire rotations Fluid checks and basic maintenance Multi-point vehicle inspections Maintain a clean and organized work area Help keep our Quick Lube operation moving efficiently Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures
YOUR CAREER PATH
Quick Lube Technician → Technician Helper → Full Automotive Technician You'll start in our Quick Lube department learning our processes and building your skills. After a minimum of 90 days, you'll be eligible for a performance evaluation. Team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, quality work, and a desire to learn may have the opportunity to advance into a Technician Helper role, working alongside experienced technicians and developing the skills necessary to eventually become a full-fledged Automotive Technician. We aren't just looking to fill a position. We're looking for someone we can develop.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Dependable and punctual Positive attitude Strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction Interested in building a career in automotive service Valid driver's license Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
