Job Description:
Majeed Auto Shop is a family-owned automotive repair shop in Harrisonburg, VA. We have been open for less than a year, and are growing fast. We are looking for a reliable, experienced Automotive Technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles professionally.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose vehicle issues accurately and efficiently Perform repairs: engine diagnostics, tune-ups, brakes, oil changes, tires, engine service, and general maintenance Provide professional and respectful customer service when interacting with clients Explain issues to customers in a clear and honest way Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Treat the shop, tools, and equipment with care Take ownership of work and stand behind repairs Help keep the shop running smoothly day-to-day Work efficiently without cutting corners
Requirements:
Several years of automotive repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic skills (must be able to figure out problems, not just replace parts) Good communication and customer service skills Must be reliable and show up on time Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must take pride in quality work Own tools preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Pay:
Pay will be discussed during the interview based on experience and skill level. "flat rate"
Schedule:
Full-time position 8am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
