Bayside Ford in King George, VA is hiring an Express Service Technician. We are looking for someone with a year or two of maintenance experience who is ready to build a career in a dealership service department. Come work at our state of the art facility that's just 2 miles from the Harry Nice Bridge that borders Maryland. You will work on a fast-moving express drive with paid manufacturer training and a clear path to apprentice technician. Pay range is based on candidates experience. Why Choose Bayside? Inspect and refill fluid levels as needed. Complete multipoint vehicle inspections, including inspection video, measuring brake, tire, and battery wear. Clean and lubricate fittings as needed. Install oil drain plugs, oil filters, air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades. Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all shop safety procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. One to two years of automotive maintenance, quick lube, or general repair experience preferred. Preferably own a basic set of hand tools.
