Responsibilities Inspect and diagnose vehicles to identify issues. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and general mechanic repairs. Communicate with the service manager and customer service representatives about vehicle statuses. Install new vehicle parts and ensure electrical systems are operational. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with Car Max standards. Follow checklists to ensure thorough examinations of all vehicles.
