Job Description
Functions as a skilled-level technician who can perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, in addition to being specialized areas of repair and who has previously worked as a general service technician.
Required Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent. Required Experience /Skills :
(5) years of related experience and/or training or equivalent of education and experience in Automotive Repair and Maintenance field.Required Certifications and Licensures:
The following Automotive Service Excellence Certifications within first 18-24 months of employment: A1- Engine Repair, A2
- Automatic Transmission/Transaxle, A3
- Manual Drive Train & Axles, A4
- Suspension & Steering, A5
- Brakes, A6
- Electrical/Electronic Systems, A7
- Heating & Air Conditioning, A8
- Engine Performance, E1
- Truck Equipment Installation & Repair, E2
- Electrical/Electronic Systems Installation & Repair, E3
- Auxiliary Power Systems Installation & Repair, Emergency Vehicle Technician certification.
Salary Range:
$25.85- $37.
