Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to drivers in distress by delivering prompt and professional roadside services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance, and adherence to safety regulations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where automotive expertise and excellent communication are valued. Responsibilities Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and provide on-site support for drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns or emergencies. Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as jump-starting batteries, changing tires, unlocking vehicles, and providing fuel delivery when necessary. Ensure all services are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to protect yourself and customers. Conduct basic automotive service, repair, and maintenance procedures as required, utilizing your experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO). Communicate effectively with customers to explain services provided and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and vehicle details for record-keeping purposes. Keep tools and equipment organized, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times. Requirements Proven experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, or related automotive service roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Knowledge of safety regulations related to roadside assistance and automotive work. Ability to perform basic automotive repairs including tire changes, jump-starts, fuel delivery, and unlocking vehicles. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions and on different terrains.
