Eurotune is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician in Richmond, VA. Approximately 90% European vehicles 75+ vehicles per week 8 bays and 7 lifts Heated and air-conditioned shop Factory-level diagnostic equipment Hands-on technical support from both owners Potential advancement to Shop Foreman Key Responsibilities Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns Repair BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other European vehicles Complete advanced mechanical repairs, maintenance, and general service Perform vehicle programming and ADAS calibration Perform module and component cloning Use Topdon and factory-level diagnostic equipment Service Asian and Domestic vehicles as needed Qualifications Approximately 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience A-Level or strong B-Level technical ability Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills Strong mechanical repair skills European vehicle and factory scan-tool experience preferred Virginia State Inspection License required Compensation & Benefits Individual health insurance paid by the employer Dental insurance HSA contribution
