Description Automotive Service Technician We are expanding our Fixed Operations team and seeking an Automotive Service Technician capable of performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs ranging from basic to advanced. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical and electrical skills and a commitment to quality and safety. Requirements What You'll Do Perform routine automotive maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections). Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, from minor to major. Document all work performed accurately. Follow safety protocols and maintain shop standards. Collaborate with team members to support workflow and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license (required). VA State Inspector License (required). Experience in Automotive Technology or dealership service departments preferred. Skill level ranging from basic to expert in mechanical and electrical repair. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and with a team. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
