Job Description

Description Lube Technician - Subaru Carter Myers Automotive is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join our Subaru service team . This entry-level role plays a key part in keeping our customers safe on the road while building hands-on automotive experience. You'll perform oil and filter changes, check and adjust tire pressure, replenish fluids, and complete basic maintenance with accuracy and care. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements Lube Technician Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (oil changes, fluids, tire pressure) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to follow safety procedures and service guidelines Willingness to learn and follow manufacturer and dealership standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work around vehicles throughout the shift Previous automotive experience preferred but not required Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
