Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and electrical components. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to disassemble, repair, or replace parts on diverse vehicle makes and models. Diagnose complex problems related to ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brake systems, and auto body repairs. Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics to execute repairs precisely while adhering to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and offering maintenance recommendations for GM vehicles and other brands. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair procedures. Expertise in automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and electrical systems troubleshooting. Knowledge of diesel engine repair, powertrain components, transmissions, and auto body work. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive maintenance tools. Familiarity with ADAS calibration, wheel alignment techniques, suspension work, tire service, shocks & struts replacement. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately for precise repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
