The Company provides mobile automotive electronic services at the customer's site. Primary Purpose of the Position The Mobile Automotive Technician is expected to deliver expert mobile diagnostic, calibration, and repair services that help collision shops restore vehicles to safe, reliable, and optimal condition - providing exceptional service and support at every stop. Essential Functions
- Perform pre- and post-repair scans and provide scans to the customers to determine what repairs are necessary.
- Perform applicable diagnostics, calibrations, and programming on various automotive electronic systems to ensure manufacturer's standards are maintained.
- Perform necessary electrical and mechanical repairs as needed to support proper vehicle function and customer satisfaction.
- Create invoices and submit documentation for services provided.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships by providing high-quality service, effective communication, and proactive support to both new and existing customers.
- Consistently achieve weekly production goals through effective time management, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record while demonstrating responsibility for the proper care, cleanliness, and routine maintenance of the assigned fleet vehicle.
- Furnish and maintain a personal set of tools essential for job performance; select specialty and diagnostic equipment will be supplied by the Company.

- Solid automotive electrical and mechanical knowledge.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an orderly work environment. Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- 2+ years of diagnostics experience required.
- 2+ years of electrical experience required.
- 2+ years of mechanical experience required.
- 1+ year of OEM software experience required.
- 1+ year of software programming/troubleshooting experience required.
- ASE and I-CAR certifications preferred.
