Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Quick Lube Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and minor mechanical repairs to ensure our customers' vehicles operate smoothly and safely. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with automotive experience to grow their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct oil changes, automotive fluid replacements, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks including tire service, wheel alignments, and minor mechanical repairs Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform routine mechanical work on standard passenger cars Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic tools and report findings for further repair if needed Support the team in vehicle maintenance procedures such as brake inspections, light mechanical repairs, and fluid top-offs Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area to ensure safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally Experience Dealership or automotive mechanic experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and automotive diagnostics is a plus Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, including fluid replacement, tire service, alignment, and minor repairs Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment confidently Ability to lift heavy objects safely during vehicle maintenance tasks Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Excellent communication skills to support customer interactions and teamwork Join us at Criswell Automotive where your skills will be valued, your growth encouraged, and your contributions celebrated!
