Job description Brattleboro Auto Mall looking for a Automotive Service Advisor. Dealership experience is preferred. Service Advisor•
Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries Consult with customer on Maintenance / Repairs Consult with customer on applicable service specials Document all services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes Must be involved with active delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed Provide VIP support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience Build strong relationships with the customers Maintain GM training with online course Service AdvisorJob Requirements:
Previous Service Advisor Experience Preferred Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong written and oral communication skills Valid in-state driver's license Service AdvisorJob Benefits:
