We're looking for experienced Automotive Technicians who want the opportunity to consistently turn 60+ flat-rate hours per week — with 60-70 hours of work available for qualified, productive technicians — while working Monday through Friday. Our Brattleboro Service Center combines the feel and flexibility of a smaller shop with the resources and backing of a Ford dealership. You'll work on a strong mix of customer-pay repairs, Ford warranty work, Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, used-vehicle reconditioning, and general mechanical repairs. We're not recruiting technicians and hoping the work shows up. We have the work now. Ford, ASE, or other manufacturer certifications are a plus, but we're also interested in experienced technicians who have developed their skills outside a dealership environment.
