In this energetic role, you will utilize your mechanical expertise and electrical knowledge to diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems, ensuring our customers' adventures are safe, reliable, and enjoyable. Your hands-on skills and passion for vehicle maintenance will drive customer satisfaction and uphold our reputation for excellence in the RV industry. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV electrical systems, including troubleshooting wiring, lighting, batteries, and onboard electronics. Conduct mechanical repairs such as brake repairs, suspension work, shocks & struts replacement. Repair and maintain RV plumbing systems, including water lines, tanks, pumps, and related fixtures. Carry out routine vehicle maintenance like oil changes, HVAC system checks, and wheel alignments to keep RVs in optimal condition. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and heavy lifting to execute repairs efficiently. Support assembly or reassembly of RV components during repairs or upgrades while adhering to safety standards. Requirements Proven dealership experience or service technician background with a focus on RV repair. Strong electrical experience with expertise in RV electrical system diagnostics and repairs. Familiarity with plumbing system maintenance and repair within RVs. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering tools and perform heavy lifting safely. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
