Auto Repair Shop, Burien Burien, WA Job Details Full-time | Contract Up to $50 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Automotive diagnostic technologies Driving Estimating for automotive air conditioning repair Estimating for automotive body repair Dealership experience Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to manage customer service, estimates, repairs, and communication between customers and technicians. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs Write accurate repair orders and estimates Explain repairs, maintenance, and recommendations Coordinate with technicians and manage repair workflow Communicate vehicle updates and completion times Use diagnostic and estimating software Assist with collision repair estimates when needed Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction Keep service records accurate and organized Qualifications Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Dealership or auto repair experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive repairs and diagnostics Experience with estimating/service management software Excellent communication and customer-service skills Organized, dependable, and professional Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks Good driving record for test drives when needed Join our team and help customers get back on the road safely and confidently.

Pay:

Up to $50.00 per hour
