We're building something different in the South Sound. Cascadia Collection is looking for an experienced automotive technician with a background in exotic, European, performance, collector, and high-end vehicles to help us build a premier destination for enthusiast cars. This isn't a giant dealership service department. It's a growing operation with a two-lift shop, incredible inventory, serious clientele, and a huge opportunity for the right person to help shape what this becomes.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We already have the cars, the facility, the customers, the relationships, and the ability to transport vehicles throughout the region. Now we want to build the service side the right way. The goal is to become a premier destination in the South Sound for exotic, specialty, collector, and enthusiast vehicles —from routine maintenance and diagnostics to larger mechanical projects. You wouldn't just be filling a technician position. You'd have the opportunity to help build the shop. Bring ideas. Help choose equipment. Help determine what work we take on. Build relationships with customers. Develop a reputation. And as the department grows, grow with it.

WHO WE WANT

We're looking for someone with real experience working on high-end vehicles who: Is confident with diagnostics and mechanical repair Understands European and performance vehicles Treats every customer car like it matters Works clean and takes pride in the finished product Can work independently without someone standing over their shoulder Communicates well Wants stability without being trapped in a traditional dealership environment Wants their effort and ability to actually affect what they earn and where their career goes Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, or similar experience is a major plus. Factory certifications are great. Actual ability matters more. If you're a great technician making good money where you are, we understand we have to give you a reason to leave. Come talk to us.
