Klein Honda is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. Duties and responsibilities Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately Check and top off fluid levels (coolant, brake, power steering, washer fluid, etc.) Inspect and rotate tires, check tire pressure and tread wear Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to the service team Lubricate moving parts and components as needed Follow dealership and manufacturer checklists to ensure all critical items are inspected Keep the service bay clean, organized, and safe Communicate any additional vehicle concerns to the service advisor or lead technician Qualifications Qualifications to include but not limited to: No experience necessary — entry-level candidates welcome; prior quick-lube or automotive experience a plus Great attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service skills Detail oriented Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Ability to work well with others in a team setting Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership
