- 150,000 annually This is a flat-rate position .

Requirements:
What We're Looking For At least 1 year of automotive repair or service experience preferred Dealership, independent repair, or high-volume reconditioning experience preferred Flat-rate experience preferred Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards ASE certifications are a plus, but not required Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and organization Dependable and team-oriented Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate dealership vehicles, as driving is an essential function of the position Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Technicians may be expected to provide their own basic hand tools appropriate for the position. Dealership specialty tools and diagnostic equipment are provided as applicable.Benefits
