Build a Career as a Line Technician Larson Cadillac is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Technician for a structured training path into a full technician role. This is not a long-term express position. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop into a skilled technician through hands-on experience, training, and real repair exposure. What You'll Do Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tires, and inspections Assist technicians with diagnostics and repair work Learn how to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Support shop workflow in a high-volume environment Build the skills required to move into a flat-rate technician role What You'll Get $41,600

Requirements:
