What You'll Do As a Light Maintenance Technician, you will play an important role in keeping our customers' vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing oil and filter changes Completing tire rotations and tire-pressure inspections Checking and topping off vehicle fluids Performing thorough multi-point vehicle inspections Performing straight forward Parts Remove and replace Perform flashes and updates to onboard controllers Identifying maintenance and safety concerns Assisting with basic vehicle care and light-duty repairs Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Learning dealership processes and manufacturer repair standards Who We're Looking For This position is ideal for someone who has: Automotive trade school training or similar hands-on mechanical experience A strong interest in building a career as a professional automotive technician Basic knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and shop safety A desire to participate in manufacturer ongoing training The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and team-first mindset Strong attention to detail The drive to learn, improve, and take on additional responsibility Previous dealership experience is not required.
