Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team. In this role, you will gain a wide range of skills and contribute to various aspects of our operations, from customer service to light mechanical tasks. Ideal candidate should be available primarily for closing shifts and working on the weekend, but also available for some morning shifts.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle services Answer phones and manage customer communications Explain service recommendations to customers Perform light mechanical repairs such as replacing lights, installing batteries, and fixing flat tires Help maintain the shop by cleaning and organizing Stock food and beverages Assist with fueling customer vehicles and washing their windows Clean the shop and preparing the workspace for the next day Closing up for the day (working until 10PM)

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week Valid driver's license Must be 18 or older

Training and Growth:

Training period includes shadowing all shifts to gain comprehensive knowledge of our operations (including opening & closing shifts) Potential to grow in to a full time role as Automotive Technician, Service Advisor, or Evening Manager.
