Support in troubleshooting basic vehicle issues using automotive diagnostics tools and techniques. Gain experience in operating hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering for various repair tasks. Help with heavy lifting and equipment repair to ensure RVs are safe and ready for customer use. Participate in the assembly and disassembly of RV components during repairs or upgrades. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all repair activities. Qualifications Prior dealership or service technician experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in automotive diagnostics and electrical systems. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and basic plumbing or HVAC systems is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments. Willingness to learn about RV electrical system diagnostics, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, brakes, transmissions, and other automotive repairs. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire service, alignment, suspension checks, and vehicle troubleshooting.
