Job Description

Good techs know when a shop is different.
A shop where:
the owner respects the employees coworkers help instead of compete there's steady work year-round people understand family comes first and you're treated like a human being instead of a number! That's hard to find. Better Off Road is one of the few long-standing family-owned and operated businesses in Oak Harbor, and we're looking for a few experienced technicians to join our crew immediately. We have deep ties to the military community, an incredibly loyal customer base, and more work than we can keep up with. We need good people NOW. We also know good techs already have jobs. This ad is for the ones quietly thinking there has to be a better shop out there.
