Job Description
Automotive Service Technicians - Ford Certified & Used Vehicle Technicians Mullinax Ford of Olympia is growing! As one of the area's busiest Ford dealerships, we are expanding our service department and have recently added six new service bays to support our continued growth. We are seeking motivated, professional technicians who take pride in their work and want to build a successful career in a fast-paced, high-volume shop. Open Positions- $25.00-$42.00 per Hour Ford Certified Service Technicians Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs Maintain Ford certification requirements and training Used Vehicle / Reconditioning Technicians Diagnose and repair all makes and models Perform inspections, maintenance, and reconditioning services Prepare vehicles to meet dealership quality standards What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a busy service environment Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ford certifications are preferred for Ford technician positions Previous automotive technician experience is preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience, knowledge, and certifications High-volume shop with consistent workflow and earning potential Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Paid holidays, including: New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day (July 4th) Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Equal Opportunity Employer We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
