Job Description

We're looking for a Lube Technician who's ready to grow into a full-fledged Automotive Technician. If you've got hands-on lube/quick-service experience and you're hungry to learn diagnostics, electrical, and repair work — not just stay in an oil-change lane — this is the seat for you. The ideal candidate has some experience with oil changes and factory scheduled maintenance, is energetic, upbeat, and great at multi-tasking, and brings a positive attitude every shift. We're dedicated to providing quality service to our customers, and we want someone who takes pride in getting it right the first time — and who wants to build toward ASE certifications and a long-term career as a technician, not just a job. What you'll be doing day one: Oil Change / Factory Scheduled Maintenance Tire installation and rotations Belts, hoses, and fluid checks Providing Quality Courtesy Checks and multi-point inspections Battery testing Where we'll grow you: As you show us you're ready, we'll train you up into: Engine Diagnostics and Repair Brakes and Brake Diagnostics and Repair Steering and Suspension Diagnostics AC Diagnostics and Repair Heating and Cooling Diagnostics Radiator and engine cooling systems ADAS systems This isn't a "stay in your lane" shop — techs who show initiative get hands-on training, mentorship from our experienced technicians, and a real path toward ASE certification and higher pay.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license Some hands-on lube tech / quick service experience Willing to learn on both foreign and domestic vehicles Own basic hand tools (diagnostic scanner not required to start — we'll get you there) Honest, clean, fast-paced environment Coachable — you take feedback and run with it
Compensation:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE, with pay increases as you take on more skills and certifications. Performance bonuses that are uncapped for technicians.
Pay:
$17.50 - $27.00 per hour
