Job Description

SEASONED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN WANTED
$35/HR
STARTING PAY + BONUS PROGRAM
| $100K+ POTENTIAL We're not looking for someone who can just turn wrenches. We're looking for a technician who can DIAGNOSE, REPAIR, and LEAD. If you're an experienced automotive technician who can confidently work on a vehicle bumper to bumper, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
THE MONEY
  • $35/hour starting base wage
  • Generous bonus program — earn up to an additional $9/hour
  • $44/hour earning potential to start
  • $100,000+ annual earning potential
  • Your experience and ability to produce quality work will be rewarded.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This position is for an experienced, highly capable technician only.
You should be able to:
  • Diagnose difficult automotive problems
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
  • Perform repairs from bumper to bumper
  • Work independently without someone standing over your shoulder
  • Identify problems and determine the correct repair
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship
  • Help lead the shop and set the standard for quality and efficiency We're looking for someone who can eventually become the go-to technician and leader of the shop.

We understand that experienced technicians don't all want to work the same schedule. Monday-Friday? Four 10-hour days? Something different? For the right candidate, nothing is off the table. We want to build a schedule that works for you while making sure the shop gets the level of talent we're looking for.
