Job Description
RV Technician / RV Service Technician Puyallup RV is growing our dealership service center and looking for the right person to join our team as an RV Technician / RV Service Technician. If you are looking for a long-term career path, hands-on training, and a team that will help you build real skills, this could be a great fit. This is not engine or chassis repair. Think of these units as homes on wheels. In this role, you will work on the interior systems and functional components that keep RVs road-ready, comfortable, and customer-ready. We provide on-the-job training and a supportive environment where your skills and experience can grow over time. At Puyallup RV, we do more than sell RVs. We help families create memorable vacations and enjoy their home away from home. We are expanding to keep up with the growing RV service industry and are seeking an ambitious, dependable team member who wants to grow with us. What you'll do Perform RV repair, RV service, and reconditioning on new and pre-owned recreational vehicles Inspect, troubleshoot, and complete repairs on multiple areas of an RV Support RV diagnostics and basic repair procedures with training provided Prepare and detail RVs for delivery, sale, or service pickup Recondition pre-owned units so they are ready for retail sale Move RV units on the lot as needed Keep the lot, service area, and workspaces organized, clean, and presentable Communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and manufacturers Follow shop processes, safety procedures, and quality standards Help provide a premium customer experience from purchase through service What we're looking for Interest in building a career as an RV Technician, RV Service Technician, or Recreational Vehicle Service Technician Willingness to learn and succeed in a hands-on training environment Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and attention to quality Ability to learn, follow, and remember process-driven procedures Ability to work independently with little supervision Ability to work well in a team environment Strong communication and organization skills Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Willingness to build your own tool set over time Why join Puyallup RV On-the-job training Career growth opportunities Competitive compensation Positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence Relaxed workplace culture Flexible hours to support family time Opportunity to develop valuable RV repair and RV service skills Supportive work family environment Who succeeds here The successful RV Technician is dependable, coachable, customer-focused, and proud of quality work.
