Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Sales and Service Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Puyallup, WA. This field-based role is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys troubleshooting, hands-on repair work, and building trusted relationships with homeowners. As a Sales and Service Technician, you will complete scheduled residential garage door service appointments, diagnose issues, explain repair and replacement options, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.   • Complete scheduled residential service appointments for garage doors, openers, accessories, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
  • Present service options, educate homeowners on products and warranties, and close appropriate sales opportunities.
  • Perform repairs, installations, and service work accurately, safely, and efficiently.
  • Prepare estimates, review work orders, collect payments as needed, and maintain clear customer communication.
  • Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready for daily service calls. Compensation and Benefits
  • Direct hire opportunity.
  • Salary range: $55,000 to $100,000 per year.
  • Washington:
    $25 per hour during training for up to 8 weeks.
  • After training in
Washington:
100% commission.
  • Flexible schedule required, including weekends as needed.
  • Field-based role with scheduled residential service appointments.
