POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for; the overall maintenance and upkeep of all outside facility grounds, and oversee the regular and preventative maintenance of all fleet vehicles and will ensure vehicles are in compliance with all environmental, Department of Transportation (DOT) and Health and Safety regulations. This position ensures the confidentiality, security and accuracy of guest's records, and promotes positive guest and team member relations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required and outstanding guest service to fellow team members, guests, vendors, etc. is expected. Regular attendance is required, and on occasion, later hours or weekend time may be required with project deadlines and a neat well-groomed professional appearance is essential at all times.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The essential function of the Groundskeeper-Fleet Service Technician includes but not limited to: Maintain property wide lawn and the upkeep to all grounds, including: flowerbeds, surrounding areas, and lawns. May include fertilizing, weeding, mowing planting, laying beauty bark, and tree trimming. Keeps exterior building surfaces and walkways visually pleasing. In winter will be responsible for keeping all walk ways and entrances clear of ice/snow for safety. Keep parking lots, sidewalks, adjacent roadsides, valet area and flowerbeds free of discarded storm debris. Feed, prune and otherwise promote healthy growth of desired plants among the Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel properties and immediate grounds. Maintain a professional appearance of services area behind kitchen, bar, generator, etc. and empties outside garbage cans. Assists as needed with events, and other maintenance needs, as requested. Responsible for maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles. Will change out non-working light for working lights, and change/check all fluid levels. Maintain vehicles maintenance connection work order system. Works safety and efficiently, utilizing safe equipment, techniques and products. Is current on facility Disaster Plan and acts accordingly. Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.SKILL, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in grounds-keeping is helpful but not required. General gardening knowledge is preferred. Must obtain and retain a current Washington State CDL medical card and possess a valid CDL with Class B with P1 and air brake endorsement. Must be a minimum of 21 years old and have the ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class III Gaming License; successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen; and have and maintain a driving record that at least meets the minimum requirements established by Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel vehicle insurance provider.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust to focus.ENVIRONMENT
The environment characteristics describe here are representative of those a team member may encounter while performing the essential functions of the position. Primarily indoors and may be exposed to heavy smoke and fluctuations in temperature while in and around the Casino and/or Hotel. May also, from time-to-time be exposed to noise from slot machines, customers, music and public announcement system, as is common in a Casino and/or Hotel environment.Benefits
