Job Description

The automotive industry is seeing a rapid increase in the adoption of vehicles equipped with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assist Systems), primarily driven by safety regulations and the growing demand for enhanced driving experiences. Consequently, the need for accurate calibration after repairs or replacements has become indispensable. Evergreen Calibration is alleviating the challenges that body shops face due to the specialized nature of ADAS calibration.
Wish List:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician, bonus for ADAS Training is a plus.
  • Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Perform ADAS calibrations (static & dynamic).
  • Strong working knowledge in ADAS and related services (calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wire/connector repair, etc.).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using automotive diagnostic equipment with an emphasis on electronic issues.
  • Repair or replace faulty components, such as wiring harnesses, modules, etc.
  • Program vehicles with factory or aftermarket software.
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality after repairs.
  • Strong electronic/mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems.
  • Proficient in performing automotive diagnostics and using diagnostic equipment.
  • Experience in auto body repair is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SRS (airbag) systems.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
  • Experience in assembling and disassembling automotive components.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Read and understand vehicle wiring schematics.
  • Can use electrical diagnostic equipment.
  • Explain and properly communicate diagnosis both verbally and written formats.
  • Energetic, high sense of urgency, motivated to produce, passion for the industry.
Job Requirements - Must be able to lift 60 lbs. - Pass a background and MVR check.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
