Responsibilities Assist experienced welders in fabricating and assembling metal parts and components. Perform truck upfitting tasks including installation of equipment, accessories, and custom modifications. Learn and apply various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety protocols and standards. Inspect and test completed welds and installations to ensure quality and durability. Operate hand and power tools required for welding and truck upfitting duties. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer specifications. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interest in welding, metal fabrication, and automotive modifications. Basic understanding of welding safety procedures and tool usage. Ability to follow instructions precisely and work under supervision. Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for handling tools and materials. Willingness to learn and continuously improve technical skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
