We're looking for skilled, professional technicians to join our growing mobile service team on a part-time / on-call basis, with opportunities to move into full-time positions as we continue to expand.

Pay:

$40-$75/hour DOE + quarterly bonus opportunities We are specifically looking for technicians with strong dealership or equivalent high-level repair experience who are comfortable working independently and representing RB Automotive directly with customers. What we're looking for: Dealership or high-level independent shop experience Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Comfortable using modern scan tools, service information, programming and computer-based diagnostic systems Experience with luxury, European and domestic vehicles BMW, Land Rover / Range Rover, Cadillac / GM and similar brands are a strong plus Excellent customer communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work independently in a mobile repair environment Strong attention to detail and a diagnose-it-right-the-first-time mindset Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Why RB Automotive We believe experienced technicians should be paid accordingly.
